That is the title of the book I recently started to read. It is very complex. Written in 1897 at cambridge university. it goes into great detail on many different things. So far i am on page 30 but i will update you on what I find threw reading this.

type in "about:config"
you are then type in "networking.http.pipelining"
change all to true that say pipelining
then add "nglayout.initialpaint.delay" change it to 0

now change pipelining.maxrequests to 1000
